Gust produced in his 25 years as a head coach of the Chehalis school
8 League Championships and compiled a record of 218 wins, 78 losses
and 8 ties. He had 29 State place winners which included 4 State Champions.
He was "AA" Coach of the Year in 1985. Nominated by Denny Daniels, W.F. West Wrestling Coach and Hall of Fame member, and inducted by Steve Smith, former wrestler. |
